Payroll Process:

UBS realizes the impact a reliable, efficient payroll process has on consultants. That's why our consultants are paid every two weeks, even before we are paid by the client! Universal Business Solutions allows for direct deposit and company-to-company payments to make our process as convenient for our consultants as possible.

Referral Fee:

UBS awards consultants for two types of referrals- new business and new consultant(s). If you introduce UBS to a company or manager from which we secure business, or if you refer a candidate to UBS and the candidate is hired, then we are more than happy to reward you with cold hard cash. The award ranges from $250 to $750, depending on the specific situation that is presented. The referral fee is our way of saying 'thank you' for providing us with new business and quality candidates for our clients!

Support:

For Universal Business Solutions , the staffing process does not end once the consultant begins work. Throughout the duration of the project, we regularly check in to find out how the project is evolving. Our staff is never more than a phone call or email away to assist with any questions or concerns.
