Company Provided Basic Term Life Insurance
Employee coverage is provided at 2 times your base annual salary up to a $500,000 maximum. Dependent coverage is provided at $2,000 per eligible dependent
Supplemental Term Life Insurance
Employee coverage is available in amounts equal to ½, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 times your base annual salary up to a $1,500,000 maximum. Spouse coverage is available at $10,000, $25,000 or $50,000. Child coverage is available at $5,000 and $10,000
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Employee coverage is provided equal to your base annual salary up to $250,000. Also, Business Travel Accident Insurance is company provided with coverage up to 3 times your base salary up to $300,000. Several levels of Voluntary (employee paid) AD&D coverage are also available
Disability Insurance Program
Your Disability Insurance Plan offers various components including: Disability Sick Leave (DSL), Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance Plan (VSDI), Basic Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD), and Supplemental Long Term Disability Insurance.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
As an eligible employee, you will be able to accrue comprehensive leave to use as paid time off for vacation, personal business, and short-term illness.
Most UBS employees are eligible for nine standard holidays during the year. This includes seven fixed holidays as well as two alternative holidays to be used at your discretion within certain limitations. Fixed holidays include:
