Tuition Reimbursement – upon management approval, UBS offers tuition assistance to you as an eligible full-time employee through our Tuition Reimbursement Program. It’s all part of how we encourage your development through formal education that enables you to improve or maintain job-related skills and enhance your ability to pursue other opportunities within the company. Approval of tuition reimbursement is dependent on business conditions and availability of discretionary funds
e-Learning – you can easily access our free, best-in-class training solutions through e-Learning. Our e-Learning suite offers both formal and informal learning. All you need is a computer and Internet connection. Train to complete a new job-related task or try new skills. Address your IT, or desktop-computing training needs. Work on certifications, or needed skills for current and future job success
Company Referral Fee
UBS awards consultants for two types of referrals- new business and new consultant(s). If you introduce UBS to a company or manager from which we secure business, or if you refer a candidate to UBS and the candidate is hired, then we are more than happy to reward you. The referral fee for non-cleared candidates is $1500.00 and for cleared candidates the fee is $2500.00. It’s our way of saying thank you!
